The goods
Haldwell Wellness Ltd. sells botanical and nutritional capsule formulations designed to complement a balanced daily diet and routine self-care practices for adult men. These products are classified as food supplements under applicable United Kingdom food law and are not medicinal products, medical devices or pharmaceutical substitutes. Each product page lists what's included, the quantity and the form. Photos are for reference; actual packaging may vary slightly.
Ordering and contract
Your order is placed once checkout is complete. We confirm by email, and the contract takes effect once we dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to decline an order if stock runs short or details can't be confirmed, and we refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs show at checkout, before payment. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We may fix an obvious pricing mistake before shipping and ask you to confirm or cancel.

Delivery methods, timeframes and costs are detailed on the Delivery & Payment page. Once goods are handed over, the risk transfers to you.
Product images and colours
Our product photos show the actual goods we ship. Screen colours vary by display, browser and lighting, so a minor shade difference isn't a defect and doesn't qualify for a free return or compensation. Size, ingredients and contents are listed on each product page.
Transfer of risk
We're responsible for your order until the courier delivers it to you or to the person you named at your given address. From that point, risk of loss or damage shifts to you. Flag any visible transport damage with the courier and report it to us within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
You can return goods within 30 days of delivery, following the steps on our Returns page. Haldwell Wellness Ltd. warrants that every batch of capsules undergoes quality-controlled production and independent purity screening prior to dispatch. If a product arrives defective, mislabeled or fails to meet our stated quality specification, the customer is entitled to a replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, provided the claim is raised within the 30-day return window with supporting evidence.
- Customized or personalized bundles assembled specifically to an individual customer's order
- Products nearing or past their recommended shelf-life window at the time of return request
- Supplement bottles or blister packs with a broken tamper-evident seal, due to ingestion-safety and biosecurity regulations
- Items that have been mixed, combined or repackaged with other goods after delivery such that they cannot be separated
- Any accompanying digital wellness guides or media content that has been unsealed or accessed by the consumer
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom law, Haldwell Wellness Ltd.'s total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the total value paid by the customer for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under United Kingdom consumer law. Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
Age and use
You must be at least 18 years old to order. Use the product as directed on the label; it's not a substitute for medical advice.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable in Scotland or Northern Ireland. Should a disagreement not be resolved directly between us, it is referred to the competent court at the seller's registered address, without affecting the consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
