Do I need to take this with food, and when should I order to get it fast?
Take one capsule with breakfast. Orders placed before 15:30 on a business day go out the same day from our Bristol warehouse; anything placed after that is dispatched the next business day.
How do I pay, and what happens if something's wrong with my box?
We accept cash on delivery or bank transfer, no card payment needed. Each box is sealed at production and a sample from every batch is checked before it leaves us, so anything genuinely faulty is sorted directly through our customer care team.
What if I open the box and change my mind?
You've got 30 days from the day it's delivered to return any unused item in its original packaging. Once it's opened and used we can't take it back, so if you're unsure, check the ingredient list on the box first.
How do I know what I'm actually getting is genuine?
Every box we dispatch comes directly from our own warehouse in Bristol, not through a third-party marketplace reseller. The label lists the exact amount of each ingredient, and batches are checked before dispatch so what's printed on the box matches what's inside.
